服務與設施都有達到四星級飯店的水準，但是房間與走道有種臭味。 與櫃檯要求換房間後有稍微改善，但是以星級水準的飯店來說，房間的味道應該要更好。

I have stayed there for 2 nights when visiting Bangalore. Horel is located almost near the geographical center of the city. And while it is convenient from the trainsportation side of things, there is almost nothing to see in the near vicinity, except maybe gurudwara across the street. However, offices of the several IT-companies are in 10-minutes of walk, so this accomodation may be useful for business 訂房網站. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms is impecable. Also, when I was checking in, there was a nise bonus in the form of bar and spa vouchers. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay in the property and recommend it to everyone visiting the city.

My initial experience was a bad one. The rooms are small especially the toilet and albeit the upgrade, superior and deluxe are exactly the same. The TV didn't work, toilet seat was broken and the the so called city view is miserable. After complaining to the Mallik the duty manager, he thoroughly understood the problem and offered to change my room. Duty manager for evening shift Siva Kumar called me numerous times as I was out in the city to confirm the typr of room and waited till I got back late evening to ensure it was done. Kudos to both of them!!! My new deluxe room with a proper city view felt bigger and more spacious albeit the same type of bathroom but all was functional. Location wise it is next to the 1MG Mall and lots of restaurants literally 1-2mins walk away. Perfect location. Breakfast is decent with international and local dishes. All the staff are very helpful as well. One amazing perk is that they have a pillow list to choose from including hot chocolate or spiced teas before bed. I would suggest this hotel if you're doing short 訂房網站s or on a mid-tier budget. Many hotels are around such as Conrad, Taj, and Oberoi on the same street with bigger rooms and slightly more only.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and I would not recommend to any travellers who are wanted a relaxing stay at hotel. Out of the 3 days during my stay they had events and functions and this is the hotels priority and not the guests as you are unable to use pool due to functions taking place and is noisy. The guest toilets are used as changing rooms for functions and for hotel dancers therefore unwelcoming for the guests. Lastly one day I tried to use pool again unwelcoming no staff, no towels, or anyone to check or assist, there where approx 10-12 people at the pool and all complained of the pool water being extremely cold, basically like ice pool, shivering to use a pool in 4 star hotel. Informed hotel management of all and there said the pool is not temperature controlled, if this is the case pool should be closed. Hotel kitchen, housekeeping and reception staff all good. But generally poor management. Please rethink prior to booking. Totally disappointed, ruined my holiday break.
